Speaking from experience, most of the non-alcoholic wines lack the kick and complexity their alcoholic counterparts can deliver. That’s why we have been experimenting and blending ingredients we believe will give the depth we’re looking for in a wine.
The base of the drink is built upon a juice from Alain Milliat, made from Merlot grapes. It’s very high quality and ideal to construct such a beverage. Supasawa is added to balance the sweetness from the grapes and Seedlip Spice 94 introduces an aromatic character into the blend. In this Seedlip, notes of oak and allspice can be detected.
Ingredients
- 50ml Alain Milliat Merlot juice
- 10ml Supasawa
- 20ml Seedlip Spice 94
This recipe can be batched up front, just multiply the ingredients to match the volume you wish to create.
How to?
- Take a wine glass
- Pour the drink from your decanter or bottle (batch)
- Ready to serve & enjoy
Supasawa
Supasawa is a combination of several acids on water base. It’s purposely made to replace lime or lemon juice in cocktails.
