Hierbas de las dunas is a herbal liqueur made in Cadzand, The Netherlands. They emphasize the maritime character of the drink by using herbs from near the North Sea, giving it a complex and salty profile. Based on the famous Spanish hierbas with anise as their main ingredient, Hierbas de las dunas brings subtle hints of sea fennel, sea buckthorn berry and rosemary to the equation. We add lime for some sourness and top it off with tonic.

The restaurant is situated near the north sea. It was there where he made his selection for the botanicals of hierbas de las dunas.
