Brew-mance
Together with some interesting brands, we developed this drink for the launch of our website at Chef 19. With Everleaf taking care of the body and complexity, the Gimber provides a spicy kick of ginger. The verjuice and the espresso concentrate tie it all up with some depth and a bitter finish.

This after dinner cocktail is usually prepared with vodka but today we will turn it into a non-alcoholic variant using the complexity of the Stryyk Not Rum.
Instead of an espresso shot, we will use cold brew concentrate for the touch of coffee. The foam, normally achieved by shaking the coffee, will be achieved by using egg white.

Red Red Wine
The base of the drink is built upon a juice from Alain Milliat, made from Merlot grapes. It’s very high quality and ideal to construct such a beverage. Supasawa is added to balance the sweetness from the grapes and Seedlip Spice 94 introduces an aromatic character into the blend. In this Seedlip, notes of oak and allspice can be detected.

The Cure
This drink was developed during the launch of Seedlip at an exhibition in Belgium.
The fresh acidity of the Verjuice pairs well with the honey ginger syrup and the herbal Seedlip Spice 94. It was inspired by the Penicillin cocktail, a drink that incorporates lemon, honey and ginger. The same ingredients were once used to fight off the flu, hence the name Penicillin cocktail.

Cosmopolitan 0%
Everybody knows the Cosmopolitan as the perfect balance between the sourness of cranberry and lemon and the sweetness of orange. When you replace the standard vodka with Stryyk Not Vodka, you even add a little hint of pepper, mint and cucumber to the mix.

Verjuice Spritz
The Spritz division is very diverse. We’ll be making a non-alcoholic spritz based on a Canadian maple verjuice. It’s the juice of unripe Minus 8 grapes, picked during different times of the year. It usually is extremely sour, but is blended with maple syrup from Quebec. It makes for a perfectly balanced base for an enjoyable spritz. We top it all off with tonic and garnish with some lime and mint for that little extra freshness.

Purple rain
The perfect cocktail to pair with a starter that is built around earthy flavors. The deeper tones of radish are freshened up by the acidity of the vinegars and shrub. A little bit of honey balm adds a touch of sweetness to the mix, balancing the whole drink. Despite the diversity of the ingredients, the Red Radish is a very accessible and intriguing cocktail.

Saffron Sour
You’ve probably heard the term ‘a sour’ before when someone was referring to a drink. For example a whiskey sour. But it’s certainly not the only one in the family. A sour is actually a combination of a spirit / liquor, acidity and a sweetener. The acidity can be lemon or lime while the sweetener can be a syrup. The most important thing when creating a sour is finding that perfect balance between sweet and sour.

Nona Collins
In 1874 there was this frequently made joke in New York where people would claim a man named Tom Collins was talking behind your back when you weren’t around.
